I had a deeply concerning and alarming experience at this establishment, and I feel compelled to share it with all parents out there. The safety of children should be a top priority, but unfortunately, this place seems to completely disregard it. Upon arriving at the play zone, I immediately noticed that the equipment lacked proper safety measures. There were no cushioned floors, which can be extremely dangerous for children during play. It's shocking to see an establishment catering to kids neglecting such a crucial aspect of their well-being. Furthermore, they have a water station that is anything but hygienic. The water emitted a foul stench, raising serious concerns about its safety for children. Stagnant water is a breeding ground for mosquitoes, and I spotted these disease-carrying insects around the area. This is especially worrisome given the risk of diseases like dengue that mosquitoes can transmit. Adding to the disappointment, the employees displayed a concerning lack of attentiveness. Their apathy towards the safety and well-being of the children visiting the play zone was evident. It's disheartening to witness such negligence when dealing with young ones. What alarmed me even further was the consent they forced me to sign. It became apparent that this consent was designed to protect the establishment from any potential misconduct on their part. By coercing customers to sign it only after completing the billing process, they cleverly secure themselves against any responsibility should anything unfortunate happen to a child under their care. This practice is nothing short of fraudulent. It preys on unsuspecting parents who trust that their children will be safe in this play zone. Such a disregard for safety and the exploitation of parental trust is unacceptable. To all parents out there, I urge you to steer clear of this place. Your child's safety is paramount, and this establishment clearly does not prioritize it. Find a place that genuinely values and ensures the well-being of your little ones. Your child's happiness and security should never be compromised for the sake of profit. Let's make informed choices and protect our precious ones from such unsafe and deceitful environments.

Dont tavel manali for 2 months, Mandi-Pandoh road is total broken and crap, 2-3 hrs jam average anytime. And Tunnel1-2 are closed sometime open via dusty linik road.
